My first time booking on Giggster, I was a little nervous, but I’m so glad I chose IMCCREATES. I booked with April, and her response time and understanding were amazing. She answered every question I had before and after booking, which made the whole process feel easy. Kristin was super nice on the phone, guiding me on how to get into the building and up the elevator. And Keyshawn… absolutely incredible. Professional, helpful, and so welcoming. He offered us water, helped with anything we needed, and truly made the experience worth it. Now let’s talk about the studio, so many backgrounds to choose from, and every single one was beautiful. My kids loved exploring each setup, my husband enjoyed seeing us happy, and I loved having the freedom to bring my own camera and take my own photos. They also have a photographer you can hire if you prefer. The location felt safe and secure. There is street meter parking, but we couldn’t find any, so we parked in a garage. Since our rental was two hours, the garage cost about $24, so just be prepared in case street parking is full. The garage itself was clean and decent. We even drove an hour and a half to get there, and it was absolutely worth it. If you’re thinking about booking with IMCCREATES, just do it. I had an amazing experience from start to finish.
