Free parking in the adjacent lot, and convenient elevator & handicap access. Features a 22’x15’x9’ Insert Studio with chroma-key green hard cyc, built-in LED lighting, makeup room with professional lighting, green room, kitchen and conference room. Very quiet space for filming with no outside noise. Furniture setups and a wide selection of backdrops are available for rent (see complete charts of colors & sizes in photo gallery). Lighting & audio packages with technician are also available for hire. Professional on-staff makeup artist/hairstylist is available for hire. Audio engineer also available to hire for recording/mixing of sound and music. Rent just the conference room/kitchen and lobby areas... OR the makeup room/green room area... OR the entire studio including the green screen shooting room. Reasonable rates for full & half days, with 3 hour minimum.
