About the Space

Created by Building Design + Construction (BD+C) in 2015, this modular demonstration project was donated to us. The structure contains products produced by major manufacturers to showcase the latest green building equipment, products, services and technology at the Greenbuild International Conference & Expo. The facility has several features like: - transom windows, - a 15'x37' outside deck with adjacent green space; - a 12'x24' interior room with counter space, a wall-mounted large screen monitor, and triple folding doors with glass inlays leading to the outside deck; - 16 wall mounted lockers; - an L-shaped kitchenette with sink, counter space, east-west window views, and swing out double doors with glass inlays; and - a half bathroom. It is a great location for a small event requiring access to adjacent outdoor space.
