Unique opportunity to rent out 175,000 square foot office and factory. Office space with 32" ceilings, tall white walls, and cement floors spanning 170,000 square feet with impressive sound proofing. 2 conference tables available. The remaining space is located just behind the large factory doors. The whole factory available to rent and film as needed. New factory with top of the line technology built to a sleek modern minimalist design. Welcome! Feel free to park in any of the spaces located around the building. You have mostly free reign on the facility, but with this being an active factory 5 days a week we have a few rules in place for the protection of our guests. Due to the machinery in place we do ask that you do not touch any machinery, without the supervision of our staff. We will have someone onsite to let you into the building as well as to gain access to specific areas. There are security cameras in place throughout the building.
