The main level includes: -multiple open living areas -a gaming space with a pool/ping-pong table -large kitchen -small bar -two bedrooms/bathrooms on the main level as well. The second level boasts a third bedroom, sitting area, and bathroom with access to the rooftop. The rooftop is designed with entertainment in mind featuring two gazebos with seating, fire pits, and other lounge seating for your enjoyment. The property includes an extensive and recently updated security/surveillance system. Hourly rate shown is based on a still photo shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a minimum of 10 hours.
