About the Space
House currently going thru multiple upgrades and renovations. Currently graded dirt for front side and back yards. But will have construction on new modern pool, and new modern landscaping starting late 2021. Interior is also going thru major upgrades. House is fully functional, but certainly an"upgrade in progress". One of the few 4500+ sqft houses in town, has built in movie theater and multiple rare features (like a custom glass staircase). We are very film friendly.
