Located in beautiful Valencia, CA and walking distance to 6 Flags Magic Mountain. Minutes from some of the best shopping and restaurants in Stevenson Ranch. Our home is Modern style with upgrades galore. Gourmet style kitchen w/ white marble granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, large center island, and back splashed tile. Solar panels on roof making our home green and efficient. 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The smart kitchen is accommodating and perfect for all your production needs. The entire kitchen and dining room area are available for use. Our sitting room area is bright and inviting with mid-century modern furniture and decor. Large window with lots of natural light, and throughout the home as well. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have! We look forward to working with you soon! :)
