Our home features a beautiful backyard with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, open land for cameras and crew, a small orchard, a covered patio, and RV parking. Available inside the home are two large, open living areas with vaulted ceilings, one office, and three bedrooms. Our home is located on a cul-de-sac in the hills of Sunset Pointe, within Stevenson Ranch, in Los Angeles County. Property is within the 30-mile zone, 30 minutes from Hollywood and 20 minutes from Burbank. Ancillary space available for production needs such as catering.
