This Stevenson Ranch home is a large property with beautiful mountain views. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a double car garage. Large tropical backyard with a California room, private pool and jacuzzi with waterfall, BBQ island, and a beautiful gazebo. Three mature, fully grown palm trees throughout the back yard as well as six palm trees in the front yard. The backyard is generously sized to allow for catering, equipment storage, etc, yet still, has room for filming. Inside we have bright, light-filled rooms. Large, updated open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large open area that encompasses the kitchen and living room. The living room has an updated fireplace with stone tiles and mantle. Light wood floors throughout the home. Open upstairs loft with two gaming televisions and mountain views. Large and light master bedroom with attached bathroom. Master, guest bedroom and office can also be used as cast waiting rooms. A side entrance allows easy access for crew and equipment. Three bathrooms are available for cast and crew . There are several large street parking areas nearby. There is also a big paved lot (1/4 mile away) at the end of Poe Parkway that is used for film crew/truck parking often. Previous productions have used this lot with a shuttle that runs down to our neighborhood (1 min. drive). All pricing is final as listed. Anything over the negotiated hours upon booking will be subject to overtime fees.
