Three mature, fully grown palm trees throughout the back yard as well as six palm trees in the front yard. The backyard is generously sized to allow for catering, equipment storage, etc, yet still, has room for filming. Inside we have bright, light-filled rooms. Large, updated open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large open area that encompasses the kitchen and living room. The living room has an updated fireplace with stone tiles and mantle. Light wood floors throughout the home. Open upstairs loft with two gaming televisions and mountain views.
