There are a number of large street parking areas nearby, including on our street. There is a paved lot (1/4 mile away) at the end of Poe Parkway that is used for film crew/truck parking often. Also, the LA county parks in our neighborhood (Richard Rioux Park and Jake Kuredjian Park rents parking (0.5 miles away). Previous productions have used these lots with shuttles (2-3 minute drive). There are 2 large-sized bedrooms upstairs, a smaller sized guest room/office downstairs, game room including pool table and hair/makeup studio, and a 3 car garage. The children's bedroom is hand painted with an indoor gym/playroom. Large floor plan with high ceilings, bright light, and all recently remodeled with hard wood flooring throughout. Fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. The back yard contains a stone pool with 3 waterfalls, large sized jacuzzi, firepit with surrounding couches, extendable dinning table with umbrella and chairs, lush garden, and trampline.
