About the Space

Our space is a community arts, education and environmental resource center and full-service professional office building offering long term office leases; short term space rentals for classes, meetings and events; and dance and theatre classes The Second Floor Lobby, located directly above the main building lobby on 5th Avenue, is a bright airy 500+ sq. ft. room featuring one wall of mirrors, large east-facing windows and a hardwood floor. It is available to rent by the hour on an occasional or recurring basis during non-business hours (beginning at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day weekends) mainly for rehearsals and dance classes. Current classes being offered include Zumba Toning with Sasha Alexander, Bellydance with Jovanna Uzarraga, and Dance Bachata/Salsa with Monique Brown. Please note that non-profits are eligible for 20% (and in some cases more) discount. For customized ratings, kindly contact the host. There is also a $25 signing fee for every booking.
