This 3.88 acres Hacienda Style Estate will make you feel that is in the country when in fact is located with 6 miles from Downtown Tucson.
The architectural style of the house is adobe ranch southwest territorial from 1963; historic house located in the land of the 1920’s Novelist Harold Bell Wright where use to wrote his famous western novels.
The Design of the House combine 2 generations and 3 cultures Sonoran Mexican, Asian and South American representing the Heritage of the owners.
The House is surrounded by Paths and Gardens that you can use to to walk, to admire the native vegetation, the botanical cactus, the succulents family collection , desert roses, herbs; to watch the birds, rabbits, quails, and enjoy the mountain views, sunsets and full moon nights at the house deck.

This Guest House was created and designed by a muse as a special request from a Dreamer with an infinite source of inspiration and creativity. This 850 sqf space is full of Authenticity, remodeled with local artisans using traditional techniques and reclaimed materials. The quarters have a soul, with a legend and family history, every detail uniquely crafted by caring hands.
The Casita is totally separated from the main house " Scarritt House" by a courtyard ( see pictures) that courtyard is NOT shared with main house. is exclusively for the use of the guests at the casita.

This 1250 SQF Casita represent the expression of the old; The unusual fusion of an artist inspiration and the modern trends. 2 bedroom and 2 baths open concept, with wonderful mountains views, surrounded by a variety of cacti, the cutest quail running around, rabbits hopping about the property an all variety of Birds. The guesthouse is located next to the " Scarritt House" the main house".
Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 4 hour day.
