If you’re looking for a RETRO DINER, you found it! Parking available for 20 cars with ample street parking. Located in Burbank, CA. The perfect destination for your next shoot! IMPORTANT NOTE: *Sets do NOT come pre-lit!* House lights only. Lights have to be set by your crew. FEATURES INCLUDED IN BOOKING We do not provide any gear or drinking water. Bathroom Rules: -Client must reset space as found and remove trash. If extensive clean-up is required, higher fees will apply. -We assume no responsibility for lost items -Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian. -Damages: Please report ASAP of any damages. A feel will be charged depending on the severity. A walk-through inspection will be conducted before and after all bookings -To avoid overtime, ALL guests and equipment must be out of studio and parking lot before hard out time. -You only get access to the set/s booked. No additional sets. -Proof of Insurance required -Film permit required - No drills, nails or screws. Damage fees apply. -Do not tamper with security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7 -Please book 3-4 weeks in advanced 4 hour minimum
