This was such a great find!! We are film students from USC and couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Tracy. She was kind, communicative, and accommodating, and the space was big and versatile for filming, with the option to add in parking for cast and crew. Definitely recommend for any films or events coming up!

Our building holds a religious space and rooms that are approx 7,000 square feet. The location offers the following spaces for rent: 20 car parking lot, kosher-style kitchen, social hall, outdoor courtyard, libraries, lobby, and seven classrooms. All classrooms can be rented mid-week for a school looking for a new home. We will offer a discount on 8 hour rentals. Film crews filming at our space will get 5 free parking spaces and will be charged $5 per car after that.
