Are you looking for an all-white, high ceiling, open space with tons of natural light and clean backgrounds to hold your next photography session? I’ve got you covered!
I am Julianna Montano, a Latina-owned female business owner and so PROUD of my space! I took a dumpster warehouse (literally look at my Instagram to see before) and built this space for myself to photograph my high-level brand clients.
Happy to share the space when not in use for the creative to bring the perfect Pinterest mood board to life. The space comes with both real and fake plants and props to inspire any creative rut. You’ll also love the white cement floors, high ceilings, white walls, custom-built pink French doors to pull off a Paris cafe vibe. My East Side studio is located privately behind Thicc Mamis Fit Lab facing the sun and has its own private entrance in the back including a newly built outside space with clear roofing and white curtains you can pull for privacy during your shoot. No going up any stairs the studio has street-level access.

LOCATION: Off of East 6th Street, across from La Holly Bar.
NOT RECOMMENDED for filming music videos or recording podcasts. No animals or children under 13 in the space unless discussed. We love our furry friends but want no accidents in space. We love kids but the space is full of fragile items and light furniture and can't risk any messes or accidents. Thanks for understanding.
FAQ
- The building is a creative artist warehouse-style space that I converted and remodeled into what you see online.
- Please feel free to move stuff around. Bring your vision to life. Please put everything back the way it was staged when you arrived.
- There may be a rental right after yours, so please account for a cleanup time in your rental.
- The studio is large enough to accommodate 25 people if you open the french doors and people use the outside space.
Bathrooms are NOT inside the studio but located a few doors down the outside hall.
