Danny was so accommodating and responsive! The rental went very smoothly. The view in the backyard is incredible. 100% recommended!

Awesome place for a low-budget production! The AC is a bit slow and it can get really hot in the house without the AC. Recommend bringing many fans. Additionally, there are a lot of planes and helicopters flying over the house so something to look out for. All the other things are perfect and Blake is a great host!

This place is built to tell stories!! Great shooting day. Couldn’t have asked for more gracious hosts and it was a wonderful shoot. Plan to shoot here again soon!

Khrystyne was the best possible host we could’ve asked for during our shoot. She gave me an entire video walkthrough of the space weeks before shooting as well as allowing an official scout. Not only that, but she helped to prep the space by moving tons of furniture and items in the house the day before our shoot. She was so incredibly kind and accommodating the day of the shoot, walking the perfect balance of not hovering but also being readily available if something was needed. And maybe most importantly, she took a genuine interest in what we were trying to accomplish. I would advise anyone and everyone to book this beautiful and diverse spot with an amazing host.

Great studio. Has bathroom and two big mirrors. Can connect to the sound speaker in there, which is nice. No A/C but there are fans. For that reason, book early in the day or when the weather isn't hot. Holly was very responsive.

The space is exactly like the photos! The little outside area where your crew could have a nice lunch is gorgeous and an amazing view of the water. One of the owners will sit in the entire time - it was like she wasn't even there, wasn't a hassle or issue but just note. Even with the heat of the lights was a very comfortable temperature for models and crew. Shoot went great no complaints.
