Modern, private and versatile studio equipped with everything you need for podcasts, photoshoots, and video content creation. The 700 sq. ft. space is flexible and modifiable to create a variety of different scenes. It consists of a main 15'x20' space with 9' ceilings and two other seating areas that consist of interchangeable furniture. The studio is outfitted with numerous wall and ceiling mounted acoustic panels to deliver the highest quality audio recording. Also includes a changing/make-up room to prepare in private. RULES The Authentic Exposure Studio Protocol & Etiquette If your rental is during regular business hours (M-F, 8-6pm) and you are playing music, the volume MUST maintain a low level. There are other tenants in the building that CAN NOT be disturbed. If I receive any complaints this will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund. I can’t stress this enough. I want you to have fun, create and enjoy the studio but not at the expense of other tenants. Thank You! The bathrooms are located in the lobby and can only be accessed by exiting back outside the studio and walking around to the front of the building. The front lobby is not part of my studio so please DO NOT hang out or have clients meet there. All guests are to be directed to the side studio entrance. All the equipment is expensive, please be mindful and very cautious when using it. If I or my assistant are here, I would prefer we help you with any necessary adjustments. You are welcome to any sparkling water in the refrigerator located in the changing room. Food and drinks are allowed but please clean up after yourselves. No Smoking | No Animals | No excessive Alcohol | No Glitter or Confetti | No Parties

It was a clean and well-maintained studio. The host went out of his way to make sure we were given all the help we needed. There was extra lighting equipment and we were provided with a helper to assist us during the shoot. It was so convenient working here. Will come back soon for another shoot!

If you are in Austin and looking for a place to shoot, this has to be it. It was a great and well-managed space. The additional lighting equipment was a cherry on top. The host was very helpful and accomodating. It hardly took me any time to move around some stuff and set the place according to my preference. Recommended!

I really enjoyed shooting at Logan's studio. His team was very active, and offered help throughout! I Eventhough it was a tricky shoot, working with this amazing team made it so easy. Highly recommended!
