Outside there's landscaped yards, raised gardens, bocce court, basketball, fruit trees, chickens, and a barn as well as a recently renovated guest house. Inside features a chef's kitchen with commercial range, children's play room, four bedrooms, large den with fireplace, large exterior porch, and library/entertainment room with old books and wooden bar.
