Location is conveniently located in LA county off Kanan from the 101 fwy and 7 miles inland from Malibu beach. Charming modern house from 1952 with fireplace, large exposed beams. Parking available in front of house for 8-9 cars and on owner’s upper lot for 8-9 cars. Additional parking can be arranged for fee. On a septic system so crew of 15+ please rent a portable potty. COI required for HOA. $500 site rep required outside of rental fee.
