Canoe available for additional fee. Location is conveniently located in LA county off Kanan from the 101 fwy and 7 miles inland from Malibu beach. Charming rustic house House from 1952 with fireplace, exposed beams and few upgrades. Parking available on upper lot off street for several cars and some parking in covered carport as well. On a septic system so crew of 6+ please rent a portable potty. COI required.
