Canoe available for additional fee. Site rep required. Location is conveniently located in LA county off Kanan from the 101 fwy and 7 miles inland from Malibu beach. Charming modern rustic house House from 1952 with fireplace, exposed beams. Parking available on upper lot for off street and at the house. On a septic system so crew of 6+ please rent a portable potty. COI required. Minimum daily rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less at 10 hour day. Please inquire for larger crew shoots.
