Our studio features 3,600 square feet of shooting space with large modern windows on 3 sides. Works well as a Photo Studio, Sound Stage, Video Studio, Yoga Studio, Recording Studio, Ballroom, Dance Studio, Gallery, Loft, Film Studio, Garage, Theater and Warehouse. Permit info on the listing is incorrect. LA County Permit only. We are green! All power usage is made up annually with 36kw solar system. The windows have remote control shades made from 1 stop scrim material... this place was made for your next offsite! A Tesla charger is hidden in authentic 1930's gas pump. The space is the last property at the end of a canyon, allowing for ultimate privacy on 28 acres. However, it's only 10 minutes from the 101 or 15 minutes to Malibu's Point Dume.
