We offer a spacious 1700 sq ft., fully air-conditional, and heated studio with ample parking. We have a large white cyclorama of about 350 sq. ft. perfect for your film or video production needs. We also have rolling stage pieces and 15 hung paper backdrops. Also, there are numerous other walls and backgrounds including a brick flat, steel panel flat, and white bricks. A large private make-up/hair/changing room. A large number of furnishings are free to use with shoots. There is a Subway for inexpensive meals at the end of the complex. This is a first-floor space with a rollup door for cars and large items. No elevators or stairs to access the studio. This is not a designated, totally soundproofed sound stage. Although inside noise is very light, we cannot guarantee there will be no outside noise interference.

All production must occur in the studio. No removing anything provided outside of the studio.

No porn! Our license does not permit it.

No audiences. Our license does not permit it.

Crew size is limited to no more than 15 at one time. Please ask us where to park and please ride share.

Please no nails, screws, staples or penetration item to be used on our walls. Any damages will be charged.

NO glitter or confetti allowed.

Recording devices in bathroom or dressing rooms are prohibited.

No open flames, No loaded fire arms, no cooking.

No cannabis or tobacco products to be use within the studio.

No ticketed events.

We are not responsible for any injuries which occurs while studio is occupied by the renter.

Any cleaning, repairs and painting that is required to restore the studio to the condition it was rented will be charged

We reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at anytime should these rules be violated.
