This listing is for our 120 square foot studio. This space has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Please contact us if you will have more than 5 people. Our guests are welcome to use the lobby area as a waiting room equipped with a television where you can enjoy shows and movies from Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, to name a few. Our other studios are also available at different rates. We do not provide any photographers, videographers or any equipment (lights, backdrops, extension cords, etc.). You must bring your own. If you are interested in Film Stop photographers for your shoot, please contact us for a custom quote. This space has heat! In addition to the already heated floor, this studio is equipped with a space heater to ensure adequate custom temperatures during use. The space heater heats up the space very nicely. The studio has four walls 1 brick, 1 red, 1 white and 1 black for a variety of uses. This room is also themed during different seasons. Please reach out to find out more about what themes will be up on a particular date. Photographers and videographers are welcome to use our vast collection of props to enhance their production in the studio unless item is already being used in another studio. Props are distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Select props are eligible for reservation at additional fee. Please contact us with any questions regarding our prop reservations. There are multiple electrical outlets in this studio. We do not provide a PA system. Please bring your own. We have furniture available for your use. However, please treat the furniture gently and put everything back as you found it when you are finished using the studio. We have some lighting equipment such as C-Stands, soft boxes, and light modifiers in the studio. However. our continuous light set is available for rent only for an addition rate of $15/hour.
