Interior Photoshoots Only! I live/work in a gorgeous 1930s Spanish style, minimalist/boho 600sq ft studio. Indirect daylight comes in through the huge north-facing windows all day. Opening this space up for INTERIOR photoshoots or very small video shoots only--the exterior building doesn't allow any sort of shooting without a permit. If you're shooting video it's gotta be very minimal equipment or SLRs only, no large crews and coming in and out of the space. Street parking or paid/validated parking at the plaza down the street. I'd prefer the option to be present during the shoot. Thank you and welcome to my home, please respect the space :)
