360 shootable sets 1)Red Gym Locker set - Comes with props such as bench, Speedbag mounted on wall is adjustable on height (Please ask site rep to adjust height), Weight Scale and Random Sports apparel. Natural window light. If you wish to put lights on the outside of the windows you may but we don't own the sidewalk so can't guarantee you can (we are not responsible for any lights outside) please don't cover sidewalk with lights etc. Pedestrians walk from time to time. 2) Vintage Principles office - Fully Decorated. 3) Vintage ice cream shop- Black and white checkered floor and mint walls, gives a classic vibe to the ice cream shop! Fully decorated set. Fake full tubs of ice cream in our ice cream display which includes built in rgb lighting to light up the inside of the display. Next to it, a small counter with a cash register and a rgb lit up menu behind. Two tall round tables with 2 swivel chairs each. Two additional square tables with attached seats. Two fake windows to shine light through. Other props: 3.5 ft led bluetooth jukebox, multiple non moveable neon signs, disco balls, etc. *all ice cream and toppings are fake, please do not try to eat. * Fully 360 Shootable Set 5) School hallway - Long school hallway with lockers. Doors lead straight into classroom. Fully decorated. Props included in hallway : vending machines, non functioning water fountain, bench, trophy case, etc. For the hallway you must use the cstands provided with tennis balls or ask the site rep for tennis balls to place on your stands. The tennis balls are to avoid major scuffs marks on the floor. Please be sure to not leave and major scuffs or damages to avoid additional fees. Tennis balls must be returned by end of shoot , 6) School classroom - Vintage school classroom with muted yellow painted walls and green chalk board. 2 doors to enter into classroom. Natural Window light and you can place lights on the outside but please keep sidewalk open for pedestrians. Fully decorated. Props included - teacher's desk/chair, 9 student desks, 2 old school computers, shelves, books, etc. Please bring your own chalk for chalkboard as it is not provided. Bathroom and small area for make up/ changing included. 3 cstands provided to use during your booking with tennis balls.

-Fog machines are okay

-Some furniture may be moved. Ask upon shoot. Furniture moved must be put back by end of shoot time.

-Any props moved must be put back to its original place prior to end of booking

-Please do not exceed the amount of people you bring than what you booked. Additional fees will apply.

-No live guns and/or weapons. Props are okay.

-We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during your booking

-The space must be left in the condition you originally entered it in.

Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, and equipment during your booking will result in additional charges.

- No pets

To avoid additional fees, please be sure to be wrapped up and packed up by the end of your booking time.

Booking rates are hourly. Set up and clean up is part of your booking time.

We reserve all rights to take/share bts photo(s)/video occurring in our sets for the sole purpose of promo for studio

-Posters and banners throughout the hallway and class room are stapled to the walls and cannot be removed.

You may place your own posters or signs over them, But no tape/staples can go directly on the studios posters or banners

If you are going to be placing your own posters or banners you may only use tape or 3m, no staples or nails.

Great Location, Great Host. Mario was on site the entire day and was able to help when needed and did not interfere with production. Would highly recommend and will rent again!
