3 - Outdoor bodega store front from mini mart.
Get creative with a full outdoor style set that is within the studio, which comes with payphone. outside bench. graffiti and posters on wall no logo or brands shown. Newstand, So many props are included to maximize your story. We really wanted to get a brooklyn style theme to it.
4- over 3000+ square feet of open space to get creative with lights that come with studio
bring in a car if you like to film/take photos or just unload. Drive in door is not low car friendly, has small slope may need to bring ramp. Not able to drive in Wednesdays after 3p due to food street market on side street entrance.
5- RGB Blackwall over 20ft long with many effects in the open space
6- bullet hole stand to get cool rays for your shoot (Fog machine not included).
7- Cop Car is in the warehouse. $100 add on if you like to use it. We also have an outdoor back gated space to use it in. (Please know the cop car is not guaranteed to add on last second when you arrive. Sometimes it gets rented outside so its best to add it with your booking and we will have it for you) Thanks

Bathroom within studio, has two stalls.
This is a warehouse location, there is A/C but it does not hit all rooms. In the main space of the location it does keep it cool. We do have a fan as well to take into the other rooms if needed
