New sets! Large 4000+ Sf With Multiple Sets. Perfect for Music videos/ Commercial/ Film/ Photos/ etc. All sets included as listed in description below: 1- Red/Gold Strip Club Set. This set has two black stages about 6 ft wide with gold freestanding poles (poles do not spin or move, they are drilled to the ceiling). Please use poles responsibly. The stages are surrounded by 3 red love seat couches, side tables , plants, & bar cart. There are 3 wall lamps that have rgb smart bulbs include to create different looks. DJ Lights behind stages (2 spotlights & 1 row of lights in between) Choose between multiple colors and effects for the lights. 2- Casino/Poker room. 3 working slot machines in the middle. We do not have the key/money to put in. Mainly for display. All other slot machines light up and make noise. They turn on, but do not accept money/ money can not go in or out of the machine. The machines turn on & light up but are intended for prop only. There is a 6ft. Craps table in between the row of machines & set of 4 machines. The poker table sits 4-5 people w/ space for dealer. Both craps table & poker table DO NOT come with chips/cards/dice. You may bring your own or add on from our add ons section. This set is only for productions purposes only. No real gambling, if there are any signs of real gambling the booking will be shut down. 3- Green/ Gold Bar. The 8 ft bar includes 4 black swivel bar chairs. The bar wall has plenty of bottles for prop (the bottles are NOT filled with alcohol, but do have liquid & are sealed shut. Do Not try to open the bottle). There are rgb lights in the bottle wall & around the front of the bar 4- Strip Club Store Front. You can pull a car in front of the store front of the Strip club. Red curtains lead you into the strip club set. Multiple neon signs. Red ropes placed in front. 5 - Mini Mart Comes rgb lights in all refrigerators. Lights can be controlled through app.Many effects to play with. Counter w/ cash register (does not open). tv/radio which works. Neon signs inside & some in the window facing out. Non operational atm machine. About 600 sf Room. 6 - Outdoor bodega store front Get creative with a full outdoor style set that is within the studio. comes with payphone, outside bench, Lit up "Mini Mart" sign. This set does not come with any additional lights (spotlights, tube lights, rgb,etc). The photos shown are examples from other guests with their own lighting. 7- Arcade. Full Underground arcade Set with built in RGB lights, app controlled [MANY EFFECTS TO PLAY WITH]. All Games light up & most rotate on own/make mechanical noises. The newer games are fully functional. If there's a specific arcade game that we have that you plan on using, please feel free to message us if it lights up or actually playable. about 750 sf. *Motorcycle screen does not turn on* Lighting around prize wall & inside arcade counter is app controlled as well. There is also an RGB Vertical wall with 5 rows . & RGB app controlled lights along back wall behind basketball game & around the basketball game itself. Arcade Store front. Game Over over doors that lead into arcade room. graffiti & posters on wall. *Ceilings are black except for mini mart. Inside the mini mart, they are white. Small green room to set up hair/make up Shared bathroom There is a warehouse that works till about 4:30 M-F & till 2p Saturdays. Shared wall with other studio.
