Fully 360 shootable set! 1. Subway station hallway - About 8 ft wide hallway. Overhead led house lights. Led sign that you can change wording to. Fake restroom door and elevator set in hallway. 24ft long hallway 2. Elevator with moving doors. Doors are functioned through pulley system. You would need 2 people on your team to open and close the doors. Overhead rgb lights built in. You can also place your own lights overhead above frosted plexiglass. Elevator is 6ft x 6ft. 3. Subway set- (There are no lights built inside!!) you can either add our aputure tubes or you guys can bring your own. built in magents up top. End of the hallway is the subway set. You can get exterior and interior shots. Doors for subway are not automatic, you would need someone on your team to open and close manually if need. There is enough room behind the subway set for cstands,you can fake subway movement with tubes and plenty our outlets to set lights. Inside subway we have placed a few metal plates so you can place your own magentic lights or you can rent some from our add ons section. The subway is about 24ft long and 7 ft wide. 4. Newspaper room - Fully decorated newspaper room. Newspaper all over walls to cieling and all over floor. 3 newspaper stand that open so you can place your own lights inside. Please do not drag the newspaper stands to move them, they are heavy and scratch the floor. If you need to move them they must be lifted. Small getting ready area with 1 table and 4 chairs. 1 changing canopy. There is only 1 bathroom for this location. If you are recording audio, we do recommend after 4p as there is a business next door that sometimes uses forklifts. Live bands after 4p or you may be earlier if you can silence drums. We have a studio down that street that you can add on during your booking for base camp if for an additional fee. It would be for holding/crafty/etc , no shooting. Best for longer productions of 15 or more we have one parking spot gurantee for you guys and plenty of free parking across the street

Newsstands may be moved but they must be lifted to move. Do not drag them as they scratch and rip newspaper floor

If you damage newspaper floor due to dragging stands, you will be charged a fee

Any props moved must be put back to its original place prior to end of booking

Please do not exceed the amount of people you bring than what you booked. Additional fees will apply.

No live guns and/or weapons. Props are okay.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during your booking

No live instruments before 4pm (unless drums are silenced)

The space must be left in the condition you originally entered it in.

Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, and equipment during your booking may result in additional charges.

Booking rates are hourly. To avoid additional fees, please be sure to be wrapped & packed up by the end of your time

Set up and clean up is part of your booking time

If you or your guests create an unsafe environment or cause too many damages,we have the right to shut down your booking

We reserve all rights to take/share bts photo(s)/video occurring in our sets for the sole purpose of promo for studio
