About the Space
360 shootable sets Perfect for Music videos/ Commercial/ Film/ Photos/ etc. All sets included as listed in description below: 1)Red Gym Locker set - Comes with props such as bench, Speedbag mounted on wall is adjustable on height (Please ask site rep to adjust height), Weight Scale and Random Sports apparel. Natural window light. If you wish to put lights on the outside of the windows you may but we don't own the sidewalk so can't guarantee you can (we are not responsible for any lights outside) please don't cover sidewalk with lights etc. Pedestrians walk from time to time. 2) Vintage Principles office - Fully Decorated. 3) Vintage ice cream shop- Black and white checkered floor and mint walls, gives a classic vibe to the ice cream shop! Fully decorated set. Fake full tubs of ice cream in our ice cream display which includes built in rgb lighting to light up the inside of the display. Next to it, a small counter with a cash register and a rgb lit up menu behind. Two tall round tables with 2 swivel chairs each. Two additional square tables with attached seats. Two fake windows to shine light through. Other props: 3.5 ft led bluetooth jukebox, multiple non moveable neon signs, disco balls, etc. *all ice cream and toppings are fake, please do not try to eat. * Fully 360 Shootable Set 5) School hallway - Long school hallway with lockers. Doors lead straight into classroom. Fully decorated. Props included in hallway : 2 vending machines (soda not functioning and snack is functioning), non functioning water fountain, bench, trophy case, etc. Vending machines are not moveable. For the hallway you must use tennis balls on cstands or do not drag stand across floor as it causes scuffs. Please be sure to not leave any major scuffs or damages to avoid additional fees. , 6) School classroom - Vintage school classroom with muted yellow painted walls and green chalk board. 2 doors to enter into classroom. Natural Window light and you can place lights on the outside but please keep sidewalk open for pedestrians *If you are placing lights outside, you must bring/use a generator. For safety we cannot have you pull power from inside the building to power lights outside* . Fully decorated. Props included - teacher's desk/chair, 8 student desks, Two 2000s thin black computers, shelves, books, etc. Please bring your own chalk for chalkboard as it is not provided. Light Policy: For safety and equipment protection, our studio only allows the use of LED lighting. Traditional incandescent, halogen, or other high-heat bulbs are not permitted. This ensures a comfortable working environment, prevents overheating/damages, and keeps our sets in top condition. 1 Bathroom and small area for make up/ changing included. There is a studio next door. If you are doing audio please be advised that there may be interference. If you are doing audio, you may block off the other studio just so it doesn't get booked, but additional fees will apply.

Great, creative location and great host. However, the set needs a serious clean up. We saw spiders, cobwebs, dust, and a mouse.

This studio offers an excellent space for shooting videos or capturing photo content, with ample room for equipment and a variety of settings to choose from. The location also comes equipped with fantastic props, making it easy to create the perfect scene. However, if you're planning to shoot video, keep in mind that street traffic near the studio can occasionally create some background noise.
