We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all artists and clients. Note: We're not a dedicated soundstage. For sound-sensitive projects, we experience less outside noise on weekends and after daytime business hours. PLEASE READ: The building does not have central heat/AC however we have several industrial fans and swamp coolers at your disposal. We are currently building new sets so there is about 1500 sq ft that is not yet accessible. Our site rep, Austin, was friendly and helpful and the space(s) came as advertised - pretty damn great. It's obvious there's even more in the works, look forward to seeing the space continue to grow - I'll definitely be back.
