Julian Studios is located in the heart of Houston TX in the midtown area. The full property is 4500 sq ft. The 1100 square foot indoor space features a beautiful chic living room space with elegant gold accents, a modern dining area with plenty of greenery and props, a modern kitchen, as well as a bright an airy bedroom space upstairs. The backyard is large with lights as well as a modern seating set up. If backdrops are needed please let’s us know so we can have them available for you. Lighting is also available for rental. Rules: No smoking on the property. Pets require an additional fee, please reach out regarding this. Prior agreement must be gained for any items requiring adhesion to walls or windows. Outside catering is allowed but must be coordinated with property management. Setup and pack-up must be included in rental time-frame. Open flames are not permitted. Outside music must be agreed before hand and cannot be played before 10am or after 7pm without permission. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be placed back in its place during time frame granted. Please be sure to throw away all trash and leave studio clean. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if studio is left in unsatisfactory conditions. Coordinate all furniture and decoration arrangements with property management ahead of time to best suit your needs. A property manager is onsite during all rentals.

First time using Julian’s Studio and I must say the experience was terrific. Great natural lighting and really beautiful aesthetic! Christina was great to work with and could not be any nicer! I would definitely recommend this beautiful studio space!

Wow, wow to this whole place. I was a little hesitant because there weren’t any reviews but Honestly the photos didn’t do it justice. They should add photos of the back yard cus it’s absolutely the cutest. The host had chocolate, snacks and water available for us and the place was clean and smelled amazing. I Will definitely be back!!!

I booked with Christina at Julian Studios and let me just say first and foremost it’s a beautiful space ! Very well thought out a perfect place for any lifestyle shoot !!! Christina was professional and friendly , made me feel like Beyoncé with her direction and hype !!! I would HIGHLY recommend her space whether you’re a photographer or someone like me that loves to be in front of the camera it’s a perfect space for both influencers and creatives !
