About the Space

Our ground floor/lower level combination authentic SOHO loft spaces located in the Heart of New York CIty Historic SOHO District. Our ground floor loft has access to all the foot traffic of Broadway as well as the allure and intimacy of our Mercer entrance with cobble stone streets. The lofts comprise of two combinations , Ground floor and lower level or add the second floor totaling 30,000 sq. feet. Our ground floor has 100 feet of store frontage on Broadway and Mercer streets, floor to ceiling windows, 16 foot finished tin ceilings, hardwood floors and a working waterfall feature.
