Our ground floor loft is a walkthrough loft a city block wide with not one entrances but two on either on the main through fair of Broadway with high foot traffic and 50 feet of store frontage and 16 floor to ceiling windows. The other entrance on Mercer street is quintessential SOHO with high end boutiques, cobble stone streets also with 16 floor to ceiling windows and 50 feet of store frontage.
