    This space is amazing..beautiful pool and a spacious yard. We had my daughter’s 16 bday party in the evening and it was perfect. Jaimy is an incredible host and is very helpful.     We had our daughters pool party here. It was her 11th birthday. This place is so Beautiful and wonderful. Jaimy helped answer questions and stayed in contact. I highly recommend this home/pool. They also had a Casita that came with all the necessities . The place was tidy, simple, and kind service.

    We had a high school graduation at this venue and we received so many compliments on our decision. Jaimy (owner) was very easy to work with leading up to and during our party. He was very considerate of our needs and generous with his time and space. The venue itself is beautiful and quite spacious and has endless possibilities for your gatherings but it is also in a nice close knit neighborhood so there are strict guidelines and rules to keep the community happy. As long as you're not trying to plan a huge rager then you'll be fine. I wouldn't want that type of party in my neighborhood either. We had approximately 100 guest at our party and we all were very comfortable. There's ample parking space and there's an Albertson's near by as well as Walmart if you need any last minute pick-ups, beyond that Blue Diamond rd, Rainbow blvd and the 215 are all within 10mins or less from this property. If you're considering this venue for your event don't forget you're working with a person and not some faceless rental company, work with Jaimy and he'll work with you to meet your needs.

    Gorgeous home and amazing hosts. My friends, family and I had a great time and the hosts pretty much became fam right away. Can’t wait for the next party with them.

    Jaimy was very accommodating, engaged and responsive. Very upfront and personable, would definately recommend Jaimys Beautiful back yard. He was amazing with help and had recommendations, which helped us alot!
