A beautiful and bright 2 storey 1920's built character house. This space has great energy and is located in the heart of The Drive with all of it's amazing offerings. Free street parking is available close by or you can choose to park at the pay lot across the street. This space is a photography studio (lifestyle portraits, boudoir, corporate, advertising and product, branding, etc) that is also perfect for videography, filming, gallery shows, health and wellness workshops (yoga, meditation, and counselling). We are happy to provide backdrop rentals for $15 each (For up to 10 foot pull on the ground) and complimentary light stand, v-flat, and reflector usage. The space is partially furnished. All furniture is moveable. We have a selection of chairs, 2 sofas, a selection of stools, a daybed, throws, rugs, and plants, etc.... The main floor is open concept and is set up as the seamless backdrop area. You can also simply roll the backdrops back up and use the space as an open studio. The second floor can be set up as a loft or home office. The ceilings are standard 8 foot ceilings. You can style the space to suit you and your client's tastes (from modern boho to soft minimalism with our white walls and wood floors). Please message for avails.
