As an art and design studio, we’ve designed this space to be versatile to fit different aesthetics and needs while being a space like no other. Great for small events, photo or video shoots, rehearsals, art show, etc. List out main features: 20ft ceilings with 2257 sq. ft. on ground floor, polished concrete floor with black cushion vinyl floor area, white walls with black curtains to fully enclose 2000 sq. ft. large main space, canopy lighting, kitchen, bathroom, meeting area w/ 75” LCD touchscreen, garage door access, workshop, soundproof meeting pod, Wi-fi, stereo system, climate controlled for consistence temperature, and gated secured entrance/guest parking. Black curtain area (800 sq. ft.) – can be rented hourly $150/hr (4 hr min). Typically rented for photo shoots or rehearsals. Upstairs desk area (560 sq. ft.) – can be rented upon request at $500/day. Features 6 workstations with 32” screen, desk space for 4 additional workstations, 75” LCD touchscreen, unique dry-erase workspace area, and printer/scanner. We design art installations, so our ability to add unique features to the space is easy.
