Large, quiet apartment in a central area with easy load-in access and an elevator that brings you straight to the space. Suzanne and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from our scouts through the actual shoot day. We had to move furniture around to make space for our shoot, and Chelsea led the whole rearrangement in a way that accommodated all of our gear. Thanks for everything!

We recently booked the Cre8tive Space for a film production and it exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The space appeared exactly as advertised, providing the perfect backdrop for our shoot. Highly recommend!

The Shepherd Guest House was a great location to shoot my student film. While the spaces are tight, the host gave us plenty of space to shoot. I'd recommend reminding everyone to be quiet and still as you can hear the floorboards creak and sounds from outside while recording. Also, the cell phone service was spotty, so bring a portable wifi with you for maximum communication purposes!
