Mabe and Rob were a delight to work with from the initial enquiry all the way through a busy (and unusual!) shoot day. They helped us out with a lot of random and sometimes last minute requests and were extremely accommodating, understanding and supportive. Very generous, friendly and kind people - and a beautiful property! - would highly highly recommend.

There isn’t enough I can say to truly describe just how amazing Rob and Mabelyn were as hosts and just all around amazing people. I had booked their beautiful property for a video shoot and from the moment of first correspondence I felt like I had known them for years. They were gracious enough to allow me and my director to come up in advance to scout the property so we could organize all of our shots and treatments. Rob was so helpful onsite the day of the shoot. He was able to help us with lighting treatments in and around the home and just made everyone on the crew feel so welcome. Their property is truly a hidden treasure tucked away in the Hudson Valley. I would strongly recommend renting from them and more importantly hoping they stay onsite all day as they not only made the day run smoother but they truly made is all feel so great and comfortable. This is a truly one of a kind place with great history and culture. Anyone booking here would be blessed to have such a great opportunity. I hope to be able to book with them again in the future.

This is an absolutely beautiful and very unique location for anyone seeking a medieval, renaissance, castle, or fantasy look. It is a very large property with many excellent shot locations both indoors and out. Every room is immaculately decorated in medieval style with endless details. Rob and Mabe are also two of the nicest and coolest people you could meet. They went over and beyond to ensure our shoot was a success. We would definitely shoot here again. It was a real pleasure and an honor to film here!
