About the Space

Millpond Falls is an idyllic getaway, charming and romantic. A 3-bedroom log-style home is situated on the 34-acre estate which overlooks a beautiful waterfall and gorge. In the 1940s, the property was owned by MGM Studios and was a summer getaway for Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire, and other celebrities. The estate features expansive manicured grounds, a stream, large pond, and a waterfall. The foot bridge over the stream and the grand fireplace in the living room are favorite locations for photos and video.
