Beautiful views in every direction. The wood shelter helped keep us and our gear dry during a brief rainstorm. Excellent communication from Francois and clear directions to get us to the property. Thank you!

I rented this beautiful property for a short film production last Wednesday. Our experience was excellent. We filmed from 10 am to 6 pm. This stunning piece of land has an endless supply of angles. If you want a bit of road and civilization far in the distance, you got it. If you want a fully remote, desert feel, you can get that, too. Walmart, Starbucks, and more are about 20 minutes from the property. No running water or restroom on site so I purchased a portable toilet, plastic bags, and a changing tent off Amazon and that suited our purposes just fine. Think of it as a pack in, pack out situation. The property is slightly challenging to get to because there's a very short, but steep incline so AWD is a must! But it's totally worth it once you get there. I rented a large SUV for about $70 a day (including tax) and we had no problems getting around. Even though this property is relatively close to town, the northern part of the land seems to lead into a bit of wilderness. We did see some big cat paw prints in this part (the northern part) of the property leading up to some boulders so I would just caution you to be smart (for example, walk and work in pairs) and respectful of nature! Also, there was occasional airplane traffic overhead but it was rare enough for us to work around it. Other than that, the sound was perfect for our needs—very quiet with chirping birds. Thank you, Francois, for the wonderful experience!

Great shooting location! Some trash here and there due to what I'm assuming is the local construction work, but on the Wednesday we shot, we had no issues with sound or interruptions. Also, very little wildlife in the surrounding area, and generally if you leave them alone they'll do the same.
