Property is located down from a well maintained dirt road. Please consider the time of year before booking. Dry season will look more barren and deserted wet season and spring will be more lush. Make sure to bring lots of water and make sure your headlights are working as it can get dark. This is a vacant patch of desert, Port a potties can be rented. No fed utilities in the location. generators as needed.
