Welcome to our beautiful Southern California location! ****SUPERBLOOM 2026 CURRENTLY HAPPENING AS OF 4/23/26 - OCEANS OF POPPIES AND WILDFLOWERS EVERYWHERE*** ***Amazing panoramic views in every direction! Serene, untouched nature, persevered for all to enjoy! **The $35hr rate is only applicable for small film crews 1-5 members** Crew sizes of 30+ and it’s a minimum flat rate of $750 per day. No permits are required. Film location located 75 minutes from Los Angeles in Palmdale/Lancaster, CA. 2.5-acre desert property in the foothills near the Antelope Valley California Poppy reserve that abounds with amazing panoramic mountain, hill, and valley views and millions of wildflowers in the Spring around March/April. Tons of dirt roads and trails through the hills in total raw natural beauty. Feature films, TV shows, commercials, stills contemporary, western, period, automotive, science fiction. Internal and many external tracks/roads for action scenes, race scenes etc. (External may require permits) Accessible Hotels, service stations, restaurants, and support near. The prices above are for use of the entire property for a small-sized production (up to 15 people). Depending on your inquiry you might be charged the rate below: - Large production (30+ people): $900 for a day (depends on the impact the production will have on the landscape). This location is incredible. We came during spring bloom and the views were unlike any other location. Massive space. Our location rep was super helpful with navigating and mapping out the space. I do recommend only coming in SUV’s or Pickup Trucks. The location is off road and I do not recommend trying to navigate to the location in a sedan. Make sure you get specific instructions on how to arrive at the coordinates, Google maps originally took me on a pretty sketchy off-road route. Scout highly recommended.

Great space, but very hard for us to locate the entrance (maybe it was just us). Also wasn't aware of how massive the location was until we were given coordinates of the four corners of the property and was told that everything within the coordinates was for us to utilize. Also, note that it's important to have a vehicle that can handle rough terrain and to plan accordingly if you plan to film on this property after sunset as it is hard to navigate the dirt roads once it's dark.

Cinematic, expansive landscapes and quiet just an hour or so from LA! Be aware, this location requires driving on UNPAVED, BUMPY roads, so I recommend driving a car or truck that sits high above the ground. Also there are no restrooms, but our crew gave business to the nearby Antelope Market so that we could use their facilities. Freedom (host) is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this location for filming!
