Located within the Los Angeles Union Secondary Zone, this secluded high desert features over 100 acres including 1000s of Joshua Trees, Juniper trees, desert sage, wildflowers, and scrub. Instagram: @CarrCanyon The property includes: - 360 degree views of mountains and Antelope Valley with minimal signs of civilization - 100 acres of high desert - 30 acres Joshua Tree forest - 20 acres high desert scrub - 30 acres of rolling hills - 20 acres of rough terrain perfect for 4x4 off roading, motocross, bmx and mountain biking. We welcome your creativity of all kinds. We have hosted 40+ productions including - studio and independent, feature, tv, commercial, short, music video, editorial, vfx, adult, etc. Easy access for crew vehicles, production trucks, porto trailers. Certain areas may require a 4x4 gator. No services on the property - no water, no power, no bathroom, no buildings. Bring everything you'll need. Leave no trace. Help preserve this pristine location. No removal of plants without host approval.

Jame's location was perfect! Closest you can drive from LA and shoot Joshua Trees. Right off the beginning of Pear blossom HWY. 1 hour drive from Santa Monica. James was kind enough to bring in a tractor and create roads right to our base camp. This location is a gem and the word is bound to get out and be a hotspot for any dessert location shooting needs going forward. Looking forward to working with James and shooting here again.
