The place was clean and spacious for my thanksgiving dinner party. Olga had the tables and chairs set up before I arrived to the event space and provided us with fall decorations, a parking space, garbage bags, recycling bags, a microwave, a TV and Alex speakers. We didn’t use it all for our event but appreciated the extra amenities. I would definitely book here again for future events. Thanks Olga!

This is a wonderful location for student and independent filmmakers. The host is equally if not more wonderful. She was always available if anything was needed, and was extremely understanding and flexible when it came to shifting our time a little bit post-reservation. In addition, her response times for any inquiries were always quick both before our reservation time and during our time there. I believe I will be returning to this location some time in the future!

Incredible location for a film shoot...on every front! House is just as Gorgeous or even more so than seen in listing. Patty is an absolutely incredible host. Handled multiple date changes with grace and willingness to be flexible, always responding immediately.. as well as being willing to acomidate last minute scouting ...holding area for film crew was immense.. huge converted basement accommodated video village, sound ect and enormous back yard and two large patio ( a third smaller one was not used by us) areas as well were enjoyed by those who wished to step away from the fray...giant garage made it easy to unload equipment through basement door. We had use of the entire house , so make up, hair and changing areas for actors were aplenty, multiple bathrooms... Simply CANNOT recommend highly enough! 🙏🙏🙏🙏, Patty !!!

Team was very helpful and supportive in helping us get the things we needed for the shoot. Venue could have been a little cleaner but overall was perfect for what we needed. We were able to find some things left behind to really make it feel like an open bank.

Disadvantages
