About the Space

Our location is private, unique and picturesque. We are adjacent to a functional lighthouse on the top of a hill with panoramic views. Our property provides ample parking with room for production crews. In addition, it provides privacy from the surrounding neighborhood which results in less intrusion or interruptions. On the inside our space is uncluttered and can easily be adapted to the desired look. We keep it clean and ready to be rented for the appropriate use. We have kept the original century old finishings and touches to enhance and maintain the Dutch Colonial charm. The outside is full of beautiful flowers and plants to create scenery filled with color for a natural and botanical appearance. Our home has been featured in the local newspaper as the home of the week this past year.
