Historic Richmond Town is an authentic town and farm museum complex in the neighborhood of Richmondtown, Staten Island, in New York City. It is located near the geographical center of the island, at the junction of Richmond Road and Arthur Kill Road.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $200/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $350/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $300 Cleaning Fee We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your headcount increases. 50 Fort Place Towers is a brick residential apartment building in the St. George area of Staten Island. We are within a 10 minute walk from the Staten Island Ferry and can also be reached by bus. The front of the cooperative spans one city block, and its rear boast a lovely garden. A deck with Verrazano Bridge views completes the setting.
