Welcome to our 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building, featured in BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan productions. *WE CAN ACCOMMODATE 15+ PEOPLE, PLEASE JUST REACH OUT* Our Loading Dock Garage is 1750 sq feet, featuring high ceilings, 100-year-old blistered concrete, distressed brick walls, and full remote parabolic softbox overhead bi-light studio light which come with the space. Throughout the space we have remote vintage industrial drop lights that have RGB/ bi lights which can be fully controlled via remote. This studio is vehicle-friendly, and we've accommodated numerous cars during shoots. To bring a vehicle inside, please select the car access add-on, which ensures the space is prepared and an operator is available to open the gate. Kindly note that engines must remain off once the vehicle is parked inside the studio. For shoots with more than 15 people, please contact us before booking for information about our pricing tiers. We can accommodate larger groups depending on the project, but all groups over 15 are subject to review. Please note absolutely no outside shooting is permitted without prior arrangements. Our loading dock, ramps, and elevator are perfect for loading equipment and material. Nothing needs to be lifted, roll your equipment out of the vehicle straight into the freight elevator. – Double truck in-house loading dock – Loading ramps – Freight Elevator: 4’6”W x 4’6”D x 7’H; Door Width, 3’7” – Street Parking nearby Power: – 3 x 20 amp electrical walkway threshold guards to offset a trip hazard – Four extension cords Windows: All windows and doors can be either blacked out or filtered for light. Lighting Included in Rental: - Industrial Drop Lights – RGB/bi-lights that can be remote-controlled. These lights are included in the rental agreement. - 1x Parabolic Softbox Remote-Control Overhead Bi-Light RBG Studio Light – Remote-controlled softbox overhead light, included in the rental. It is fixed in place unless taken down before the shoot. Lighting Equipment Available as Add-Ons: - 80W RGB Spotlight with Fresnel Focusing Lens – A versatile spotlight available for $30 per rental. - GoBo Optical Snoot with Screen Effect – Mounted over the desk, can be repositioned for $50 per remount. - 2x LS Photo Studio LED Lights (6500K, 75W each) with Softbox & Rolling Stands – Available for $40 per rental (pair included). - 4x Low-Profile LED Bi-Lights (3600K - 5600K) with NP Batteries – Compact "Baby Aputure" light panels, ideal for hidden lighting.
