Welcome to our 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building, featured in BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan productions. Our Rooftop Garden is 2500 sq feet, featuring vintage planters, quiet park neighborhood views, and luscious greenery on a 100-year-old blistered concrete factory. This is your outdoor oasis for both day and night production. Throughout the space we have string lights and remote vintage industrial drop lights that have RGB/ bi lights which can be fully controlled via remote. Our upper vistas are accessible and perfect for viewing the main garden space from above. Refer house rules graphic in listing for details on in-house props and equipment rentals.
