Andre is a fantastic host, and a wealth of knowledge. The space is almost like a museum. We had a prolonged interview process 6 hours, the space with its soundproof windows proved to be ideal for our audio needs of a continual conversation without breaks. Given its NYC, the whole process of ease parking, loading dock, freight elevator and ample room to spread out production gear proved to be invaluable. We will definitely be back for another project!

Plus a 500 ft. loading dock for staging. This is in a 1920s industrial Smoked Fish Factory with a stainless steel elevator.
