About the Space

Welcome to our 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building featured in BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan productions. Our 300 sq. ft. Library features high ceilings, park views, soundproof windows, and adjustable lighting, perfect for filming, recordings, and meetings. With no other tenants, we control the freight elevator for seamless production. The Vintage Library is a living archive of resilience, filled with 100-year-old work objects marked by time and labor. From a 1908 “F.J. Mitman” table to an mis-punched factory badge, every detail tells a story. Beyond shoots, it’s a hub for book clubs, workshops, and radical ideas; housing once-censored books and even secret compartments, because some truths demand to be hidden. The plants live in our Vintage Library space during the winter to ride out the cold. From April until November, they bask in the sunlight on our Rooftop Garden space. We have successfully hosted large-scale productions, but if you’re looking to create a party-style event, please choose a different venue. Our space is a carefully curated film location designed for professional production teams.
