About the Space

Welcome to our 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building, featured in BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan productions. This fully operational woodworking and makerspace supports a wide range of fabrication, including woodworking, welding, plasma cutting, industrial sewing, and set building. As an active commercial shop, it offers a dynamic, hands-on environment filled with ongoing projects and creative energy. I also volunteer here, teaching young people valuable trade skills. Whether you need a functional production space or an authentic workshop setting, this space delivers both. For shoots with more than 15 people, please contact us before booking for information about our pricing tiers. We can accommodate larger groups depending on the project, but all groups over 15 are subject to review. Please note absolutely no outside shooting is permitted without prior arrangements. Lighting Included in Rental: Industrial Drop Lights – RGB/bi-lights, remote-controlled. Lighting Add-Ons: 80W RGB Spotlight w/ Fresnel Lens – $30 per rental. GoBo Optical Snoot w/ Screen Effect – $50 per remount. 2x LS Photo Studio LED Lights (75W, 6500K) w/ Softbox & Stands – $40 per rental (pair). 4x Low-Profile LED Bi-Lights (3600K-5600K) w/ NP Batteries – $15 each. 4x CFL 45W Daylight Bulbs w/ Reflectors – $30 for both. 8x Light Stands (7') – $15 per stand. Smoke Machine – $30 Other Important Items: – First Aid Kit (Institutional Grade) – Fire extinguishers. We have a full multi-material workshop within the building.
