About the Space
We offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both bright, light and sunny. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment measuring over 33 feet in the living/dining area with a large south-facing terrace leading out to a beautiful, private garden. The apartment is stylishly designed with custom millwork/woodwork in the kitchens and baths, a large, well-stocked custom-made bookcase, wide-plank solid oak flooring, Jenn-Air culinary series appliances and high-end finishes throughout. We partnered with Homepolish.com for the interior design.

We recently filmed an industrial film in Jon's lovely home. Jon was communicative, accessible, and very helpful throughout. The space was beautifully designed, represented accurately in the photos, and had lots of nice light to work with. We needed a space that could represent a variety of different scenes and looks and we were able to pull it off easily. Filming at Jon's loft added so much production value to our shoot. Great experience!
