Great space, great host, and totally seamless! The space is on a quiet street in the French Quarters. The space is kind of tight depending on your setup needs but the ability to shoot in the common areas was a plus.

The space was heavenly, gorgeous, modern, loft - like space. Ms. Hedy was very accommodating, We had our album release listening party and it was the perfect setting, we had balloons and led lights, floor sitting, blankets, she provided also gym mats for guests to sit on and step benches. The space was the perfect setting for our intimate performance. ✨🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🌹

Laura was a wonderful host. We only shot in the kitchen but it was beautiful. The layout of the home was quite convenient and she let us use the garage and other rooms around the kitchen for staging gear and for craft service. Parking is good if you have a crew up to around 10 people but if you are much larger there are some possible parking constraints to consider in the neighborhood. Other than that we really enjoyed our shoot there (as well hanging out with their sweet dog Gizmo).

Ok. One of the best spots I've ever been. Got AC, the location is naturally super well lit.. He has electric cords and lights if you need it, refrigerators a prepping area that is separate from the main area, a hallway, a nice little painted section with a space theme... Our shoot went extremely well and the location itself was one of the main reasons why. Also very affordable. Jonathan's also super ez going.

About New Orleans

The food! The festivals! The people! The drinks! Of course, this describes New Orleans and its most popular features. A city that embraces its rich culture while it opens its arms to the cultures and the traditions of its visitors. Everyone is at home on NOLA.

Whatever the time of year, the season, or the month, New Orleans is the place for business or pleasure or both. The Big Easy has been described as Hollywood South, and it has played a prominent role in the film and video industries. The city is home to over 380,000 people, but the New Orleans MSA is home to over 1.2 million. Founded by French colonists in 1718, it served as the territorial capital before becoming a part of the US in 1803 via the Louisiana Purchase.

Historically, the city is vulnerable to flooding due to poor drainage, low elevations, and the nearness to multiple bodies of water. The area is protected by a complex system of pumps, levees, and floodwalls to protect those living within the city’s natural elevation of seven feet below mean sea level. New Orleans is a popular site for video shoot locations given the variety of modern cityscapes and historic architecture.
