This beautiful historic creole cottage is located in the heart of the Marigny and boasts many of its original gorgeous features throughout. Upon entering you will be wowed by 14ft ceilings and the distressed plaster walls of the side hall. To the right are three large rooms, each equally as impressive as the next. The parlour's grand fireplace, ornate ceilings, and plaster walls will take your breath away. The second room has a sleek and sexy steel pool table set against a black marble fireplace for the perfect moody scene. The living room has a more modern aesthetic and could potentially work as a "different location". The back of the house has the original servants' quarters, with exposed brick, ceiling beams, terazzo floors, candled chandelier, french doors that lead to a jaw dropping fountain and a beautful straight staircase to the second story. The original staircase leads to a large luxurious master suite, again, with exposed brick, beautiful ceiling beams, a clawfoot tub and a large shower.
